Our School
Safari Schools was founded in 1968 as a kindergarten in Lugogo, operating from the Sports Club premises (now Lugogo Baptist Church). It was established by Rosalie Ann Humphries, a British educator, who later handed over leadership in 1974 to Mrs. Hilda Mpairwe, an early childhood education specialist trained at Camdenville in Australia and at Makerere University Institute of Education in the early 1970's.
Under Mrs. Mpairwe’s experienced leadership, the school has grown and evolved, it relocated in 1986 to its own premises which were at Sports Lane in Lugogo, and later to Bukoto in 2022.
Today, Safari Schools proudly welcomes families to its new, purpose-built, modern campus in Kira-Mulawa, continuing its legacy of nurturing young learners for over 50 years.
